For all your organic needs, here is a brief description of what they offer below
The "farm box" is the equivalent of what you might get from a CSA at home...ie a selection of what we are picking that week.We now have a regular slot on the Moorings provisioning page for a $40-$60-$80.00 box...which is taking off like a rocket ! We are expanding this option to all the other charter companies.
The online order form is also heavily in demand. We have been provisioning the annual swarm of mega yachts like crazy....who's chefs demand nothing but the best...and yes ,on time! We have created a strong network of fellow farmers, fishermen, poultry and meat farmers....un officially called the BVI farmers network . But to be honest our team also stretches regionally to a network of farmers I have built over the years in Dominica and St Vincent. From this expanded team we have been bold enough to boast that" we can get you anything locally grown in the region" and we are proud to be able to introduce you to produce you may never seen or heard of before. Not to get too commercial here , but stand by for our new range of dehydrated and preserved items from the surpluses we find through the year , dried banana, mango, pineapple etc ...and the kale , spinach and cassava chips are something else! We are going raw!Ok , to top it all we have planted some incredible tropical flowers down our boarders and can now also offer spectacular floral visuals to your sailing trip!
I apologies for the semi commercial spin my comment has taken, but we are excited about what we are doing and are expanding fast....it may not be Whole Foods yet (though we did provision the owner of it when he came sailing last year ! ), so come with us on your journey : no GMO go GMF...ha ha !
